School Meeting Representation

You Don't Have to Go Alone

School meetings — whether IEP meetings, 504 conferences, or informal parent-teacher discussions — can determine your child's educational path. Many parents walk into these meetings feeling outnumbered. The school may have five or six professionals at the table; you might be alone.

Having someone in your corner changes everything. We attend meetings with you, help keep the conversation productive, and make sure your concerns are heard and documented.

How It Works

Before the meeting, we review your child's records and discuss your goals. We help you prepare talking points and anticipate what the school may propose. During the meeting, we ensure the discussion stays on track and that agreements are clearly documented. After the meeting, we follow up to confirm the school is implementing what was agreed upon.

What We Do

  • In-person representation at school meetings and conferences
  • Written communication with school staff on your behalf
  • Help preparing your talking points and questions
  • Meeting notes and follow-up documentation
  • Communication with the school district before and after meetings
  • Creating a paper trail to protect your child's rights

Types of Meetings We Attend

We can represent you at any school-related meeting: annual IEP reviews, initial eligibility meetings, 504 plan conferences, manifestation determination hearings, parent-teacher conferences with special education staff, and transition planning meetings.
